Yes. Virtual primary care visits with Ontario-licensed physicians are covered by OHIP for eligible Ontario residents with a valid health card. Some specialized services may have additional fees — we are fully transparent about any costs before your appointment.
Most patients are able to book same-day appointments during business hours. Our physicians are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and weekends 9 AM to 5 PM. Simply book online or call our support line.
Absolutely. Our physicians can send e-prescriptions directly to any pharmacy in Ontario. This includes new prescriptions, refills, and dosage adjustments. Note that controlled substances may require an in-person visit per regulations.
All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform — no special software required. A quiet, well-lit private space is recommended.
Yes. Our physicians provide official sick notes for work or school, insurance documentation, and other medical forms as needed. These are delivered digitally through your patient portal immediately after your appointment.
Yes. We provide lab requisitions to LifeLabs, Dynacare, and other Ontario labs. We also coordinate specialist referrals and ensure your care records are shared with the receiving physician for seamless continuity of care.
